Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on www.tamiltshirts.in, operated by VilvaNetworks (TamilTshirts).

1. Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours, so please contact us as early as possible with your order number.

2. Cancelling after dispatch

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return or replacement under our Return Policy.

3. Customized or personalized products

Customized t-shirts go into production soon after the order is placed and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a pricing or listing error occurs, payment fails or the delivery address cannot be served. You will be informed and refunded in full.

5. Refunds for cancelled orders

Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
